Independently run, made to order

SleighHouse Apparel started with one idea: holiday clothing shouldn't feel disposable. Every design is made after you order it, not stocked ahead of time in a warehouse, so nothing gets made until someone actually wants it.

Frequently asked questions

The honest answers to what people usually ask before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

Every order is made after it's placed, so production and shipping times depend on the item and destination. Current estimates are always shown on our Shipping & Returns page and again at checkout.

What sizes do you carry?

Sizing varies by style since each design uses a different garment cut. Every product page includes a full size chart before you buy.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

Production starts quickly after checkout, so reach out through our contact form as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before it goes into production.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Available shipping options and any customs details for your country are shown at checkout.

What's your return policy?

Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Is SleighHouse Apparel a small business?

Yes. SleighHouse is independently run, and every order is made to order rather than mass-produced ahead of time, so reaching out gets you a real reply from the person running the shop.
