Order processing

Placeholder: Orders are typically produced within 2-7 business days before they ship, since each item is printed after it's ordered rather than pulled from existing stock. Processing times may extend slightly during high-volume periods such as the holiday season.

Shipping times

Placeholder: Once produced, standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days domestically and 7-20 business days internationally, depending on destination and carrier. Exact estimates are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Placeholder: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received one within the processing window above, contact us with your order number.

Returns & exchanges

Placeholder: Because items are printed to order, we're generally unable to accept returns for incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
